I have seen a few forsale or rent properties, however I agree. Just reach out to the office, the staff is very helpful
They don't rent any more, they went back to owners only. Some owners look for roommates sometimes.

No this is a 55 and up park. But as long as the owner is 55 the others have to be at least 40
They are no longer under contract w one company so now you are allowed to get service from any provider that provides in this area. You can providers and ask if they provide services at this address to find your options. Here are 3 providers i have used 2 of them:jabba, dish, century link.
Idk... best contact the office. (I shared a rental there recently, & my opinion is 'don't live there until AFTER you die'.
Lot fee covers the lot only. All utilities are separate. Its buy only so the home is yours as far as pets go but all cats must be indoor only. All dogs MUST be leashed and in your control at ALL times. If the owner is over 55, the spouse or Significant other or dependant child can be as young as 45.
