It is a staged reading. Chechk website for details. Kast night was vert entertaining.
There is a lot across the street with 50 or so spaces that charges a fee and if you arrive a little early you should be able to find street parking depending on the night. Street parking is metered but inexpensive. Free parking largely does not exist in Downtown or Midtown.
