I have subscribed Microsoft Office 365 emails and Apps for years. Unfortunately, I requested to fix a wrong address listed in the invoice more than a year ago. I have filed so many tickets. But nothing works. Finally they made me close all accounts and said it will fix it. Now I have all my accounts closed and redid the subscriptions again. The address problem still exists, and more I have other license issues created. Microsoft is proud of their software. But this simple invoice problem takes them more than a year and never gets to fix it. So you tell me, is Microsoft a good software company?

Customer support is horrible. I spent 2 hours trying to connect to a real person and the phone kept sending me to their website which wasn't helpful at all.

My experience with Microsoft Customer Service has been the absolute worst! Between the poor outsourcing language barriers, poor audio connections, repeated transfers to automated services and double billing I am thoroughly persuaded I am divorcing myself from the MS family...as soon as I am credited for the double billing

Hi Richard, Although the address you selected is a Microsoft office, there is not a storefront there. The closest Microsoft stores to that location are in Corte Madera and San Francisco, CA. Which are both another 1.5+ hours outside Sacramento. I wouldn't think there would be any cost savings to come this far even if the MS store offered free data transfers, which I do not know if they do. I know that Best Buy offers data migration services, but cant speak to the cost. May be worth checking there if you haven't already. Good luck!
This location is not a store. You can pre-order the Razer Turret online at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/razer-turret-for-xbox-one/8qc1qmt3jc2z?activetab=pivot:overviewtab The nearest retail store is in the Bay Area.
Yes. And buses, light rail, Jump bikes, Zipcar, he could live anywhere in the greater Sacramento area and join the masses in their commute. This location is their training/conference facility, only one person (receptionist) is there usually. I been in the area for almost 18 years and it's a good place to live.
No just a training center. closet microsoft store I've seen was in west field downtown san Francisco.
I was here for Azure training the entire and I didn't notice a store front. This place is for meetings and training.
