I just reached out to this organization and was inquiring about the resources and had the phone disconnected in my face from the receptionist and when I ask who the director was the programs in for me she was going to tell me that when I ask who her manager was here for me she was going to tell me that I was not able to reach anyone in regards to the services that I initially reached out for which is totally unacceptable and it’s unprofessional to have someone in position conducting themselves in this manner and it does not look good for this organization

I'm giving them an "E" for effort. Thankfully they have gotten me closer to permanent housing from complete homelessness than any other route and there is a lot to be said of that. I am thankful for them.

It's a program that helps homeless or on the verge of being homeless
There is a few programs an most are not taking new people but if you have children go to any welfare office if you do not have kids then I would try an call pathways or go be seen at.
