Everyone is playing each other’s job titles. A security guard is trying to tell me how to file paperwork and the real person is nowhere to be found apparently. Then when I ask him a question he claims he’s a security guard. Don’t help me in the first place then! Just refer me to someone who can!

Had me waiting hours for a phone call just for them to say please give us a call later.

Handled Covid dates and delays communication horribly. Ended up costing me an obscene amount because they were disorganized.

Department 9 is a hearing and trial setting department. The judge in Dept. 9 decides where cases get assigned for motions, preliminary hearings, and trials. Department 29 is a trial court. Department 9 can assign cases to Dept. 29 (and other trial courts) if the judge in that courtroom has availability in their court schedule.

You can check online or call you might need the case number since they are bailed out
Call civil or family law department, They can answer those questions
No if it was dismissed and you weren't charged with anything then it wont be on your record
Lisa I don't think the court checks this. Here is a link to the courts page with a clickable email. https://www.saccourt.ca.gov/jury/excuse.aspx You need to email them and let them know. You can cut and paste the link in Google and the page should come up too.
Go online. Www.saccourt.ca.gov. It depends on which division you were in. Criminal, civil, family, traffic. The info is available online
if they are in jail. look them up with the inmate finder on the sac sheriff webpage..if they show up as being in jail, you can usually see their next court date.
I would Uber because parking is horrible down there and it should be on your ticket or court order to appear. If you're trying to pay a ticket then you just go in the front and ask where you pay and they'll be glad to let you know where to go
No i don't think you can bring anyone to court with you. I would bring that up in your interview process.
I was there a few weeks ago. By limited appointment only. Option was given for license or license/ceremony.
I guess you could call the court house or they might have something on there web site.
The doors are open for drop box filing only.
Custody decree where do I pick up
No
No. Contact the county recorder
The court phone directory can be seen at www.saccourt.ca.gov/general/court-phone.aspx
