I’m very happy with my experience with this law firm. It was very stress free process very easy. They are a profesional firm I appreciate everyone for showing the care for my family and I. I have recommended them to my family and friends. They where there for every question I had I felt like I was there only client. I’m extremely happy with the service the law office provided to us. Everyone was very kind and encouraging to our situation. Great communication skills by email and phone calls. Elias was very informative and very clear to how the process would work. (Used a white board to give me and my husband a break down) step by step. The staff was great in helping us with paper work and getting our information up to date. We really appreciate everyone’s work and cooperation in the process. Thank you again to Elias, Kevin and the rest of team.

Hi I was deported back to Fiji in April, 2006 on a misdemeanor case. Since than my 10yr bar is over. My question is , am I eligible to apply for a US tourist visitors visa or I have to go through somemore legal protocols before I apply.

You can apply for your Tourist Visa (B2) but it is unlikely you will get approved due to being here before and committing a crime. Your deportation record will also need to have a Waiver filed. My suggestion is that you apply with proof of equities that you have in Fiji and see if they allow to submit a Waiver in order to get approved again. Good Luck

Yes, unfortunately, you have to wait the 10 years.
