Updating my review because of the parking issues. We have no parking anywhere near our building after 6pm.. The residents don’t want to leave their homes after 6pm because they’ll get stuck parking way on the other side of the complex, not fun if you’re lugging groceries home or getting in late at night. There just arent enough spaces for all the people who live here and their visitors. Management has been informed repeatedly but nothing changes. My neighbors have asked for more dog waste stations and were literally told “there are 5 stations in the community, we aren’t adding anymore.” This place is big, there should be at least a dozen stations if you really want people to clean up after their dogs. The only communication we get from management is messages about not lighting candles and incense because it’s a lease violation. We get it. I’m sad because the apartments themselves are awesome. But people aren’t going to be happy here when they don’t have any places to park. Previous review: You’ve got the usual suspects here: not enough parking, thin walls and ceilings (last night I thought it was thundering for hours but nope, just my upstairs neighbor enjoying his surround sound), people not picking up after their dogs, etc. One thing I’m really happy about is that I haven’t seen any pitbulls here. An “emotional support” pitbull killed my neighbor’s dog right in front of me in my last apartment complex so I refuse to live anywhere that allows them.

I pay almost $2000 for a two bedroom and management acts like they’re doing a favor letting me live there, if I could redo my whole decision I never would’ve moved here, the apartments are so cheap, and there’s 1 million things management can work on but they decide to send out petty passive aggressive emails every day… sometimes I Think that they think they are paying me to live here….. This place is not high value & will quickly turn into low income apartments for sure (which seems like it already has)I’ll be out when my lease is up! In my entire existence I’ve never seen such a power trip in management.

No. There is NO GOVERNMENT assistance. And I'm not sure about a bus route being added to it.
