This was the first time, I was able to participate in several of their exercise classes. I thought on the whole the classes are very good. The ones I took worked most all muscle groups and all parts of the body. The instructors took an interest in ensuring students displayed proper form and we're supportive in the process. I recommend Henry Mayo's exercise classes and I like their exercise equipment as well.

I would give Henry Mayo 10 stars! From the moment I checked in to the moment I left it was treated with care and respect. I can’t praise the entire team enough. I’m beyond appreciative of the care I was given.

Beautiful facilities. So clean, so modern. Minus one star for a certain instructor. Just avoid spin classes on Sat at 8:00 am. If it's not Rob, it's this person who is just plain terrible. The Voldemort of spinning, She-Who-Cannot-Be-Named. Sucks away all that is good and wonderful about spinning.
