Have been with Audi for a while. Recently made an appointment with Lia Johnson from service department. The previous day from my appointment she told me that the loaner that I requested 2 weeks ago is not available. When I was making appointment with her she told me that the day I wanted the loaner is not available so she made me wait another week because for 2 weeks later there was only one person requested loaner. Finally I waited 2 weeks and she told me all loaners are taken . The customer service for a dealership like Audi should be outstanding. But Lia Johnson was terrible, I end up now with no appointment and with no loaner. All Audi costumers , I recommend avoid the Service department in Audi Valencia and specially don’t trust Lia Johnson, she will tell you something and you will have bad surprises.

Took my car in for an inspection. Got it back with a rattle. Took it back and they took a week to fix the rattle they caused and then charged me again. They will show you how much they don’t care about you through the entire experience.

They sold me a faulty car! twice the air condition broke. The day I bought the car it wasn’t working so they kept and tried to repair it, twice it has failed. I bought it two months ago and I’ve only had it 3 weeks the rest of the time it’s been With them, now it’s with them for a third time and the sketchy sales manger said to me if they can’t fix it he‘ll pay off my loan but I’m out 8k plus the 2 payments I’ve made! Absolutely stay away from here they are crooks I’m out of pocket 10k. I wish I could turn back time and not have purchased this car, the fact they showed me the car with the AC not working and proceeded to sell me is fraudulent, I’m looking into a lawyer now!
