Paid for my ticket and I don't even see that I paid for it. Few months ago I paid for my ticket and my ticket doubled and got a point on my record. Such a scam they just want to make your life hard and don't care if they ruin your record and pay alot of money for simple tickets Wish this place would shuts down and fails itself with its employees(no help from them and rude)

Lady calling me was rude. Asked me for a lot of personal questions without even telling me what she was calling about. While talking to me she even said that she don't have time to be waiting on the phone for me and gave me my account number right away without allowing me find something to write the number down. This was my first time even receiving a call from them so I don't know why they're acting like they've been trying to contact me and I've been avoiding them. This is my first time even hearing about this issue. They definitely need to work on how they approach people.

The lady hung up on me when I asked what time they closed. She was not very helpful the first time I called but when I called back with my account number she was able to help me. I wouldn't bother calling if you don't have a case or account number

Defund the entire IRS, with most GOVT 'nonsensical' programs right behind... Zero help, although they love to charge you for anything you have, that they can bill you for and /or double or triple tax us. Why does the government have to tax everything and trying so desperately to get more revenue...MAYBE LESS SPENDING WASTE AND COMPANY CARS FOR EVERYBODY, WITH MULTI WEEKS OFF FOR ALL AND ANY HOLIDAYS THAT ONLY GOV'T GETS TO CONTINUALLY HAVE MORE OF EVERY YEAR FOR WHAT?..WHO KNOWS..WE ALL STILL HAVE TO WORK, THOUGH.WOW!, HOW DO WE GET A SWEET JOB AT THE LAZY GOVT BUILDINGS WITH ALL THE BIG CHAIRS FOR RESTING.. OH AND LETS NOT FORGET EXPENSE ACCTS. AND ALL THE PERKS FOR GOVT EMPLOYEES..I think they actually get a retirement for this service to us..what a joke..no one else gets retirement..we HAVE to save our money for retirement..geez must be nice working for the MAN( who just keeps growing exponentially and spending as much as they can via nepotism )

Why did I receive a bill for some credit card I never had

Probably it was delivered to someone else by mistake and they used it. You could contact one of the credit bureaus such as Trans Union.

Where can I find the total owed on DRR with itemization?

On the last page on the right hand side, that is, if you are referring to a charge allocation screen.

I previously paid in full and finished in 2015... then I get a letter stating by the way you owe for something in 2014 which it was 2017 at this time which I asked why it wasn't included previously
