They are all so friendly, nice, and consistent. I was scared and never had a wax before this place. I was initially afraid of feeling uncomfortable due to my size, hair type, etc. but they always made me feel comfortable and helped me with my skin goals. It's a bit pricey and I always end up buying something from their front store but they are my chosen form of self-care about every month so I'm a happy customer.
