If I could leave zero stars I would. I called them and I'm not sure who answered except it was a guy who started calling me all sorts of awful names and called me a scammer!

Mathis and Glen do not know how to take responsibility for their mistakes and need to be accountable for their actions. Mathis was my sales rep - we were on countless of calls and e-mails back and forth to place my order. I was STILL delivered the wrong order and now not able to get a refund. When I confronted Mathis he denied it happened. I asked to speak to Glen which he first avoided my calls and when I was finally able to speak to Glen he proceeded to yell at me over the phone and blocked my calls. Thanks for yelling at me over the phone Glen, I'm sure all of your customers love that kind of customer service.
