Don't buy the lifetime alignment, no problem aligning my vehicle the first time. But don't expect it the next time unless your planning on replacing everything on your front end by them. I guess if other shops replace ball joints they are worn out right when the tires hit the road, who knew. A leaking gearbox also will need to be replaced by them. I understand that that parts wear I also understand that aligning a vehicle with worn out parts can effect the alignment. Getting it close would surficed in my situation and was all I asked for. I emailed them requesting my money back months ago and yet to hear anything back.
