It must be their own employees writing the other reviews. Prices were 35 percent higher than the Best Buy around the corner on the printer we bought and no one there to help either. No customers though too and the reasons seem obvious for that. Won't be back!!!

I fi could give a half star I would, my customer service was good, the cost of goods was outrageous, printing services was not posted any where and when i got a bill for $85 dollars was a few prints i was shocked at .69 cents a piece of paper, no wonder your stores are going out of business. inflation, I think greed.

I want to give a shout out to The tech Guy and the other guy at checkout I'm sorry I'm so bad with names because I have a head injury but I think his name is Ryan The tech Guy at 914 East Broadway Tempe Arizona Staples was so awesome helpful kind and respectful and help me get my Chromebook back working within minutes these guys were so nice to me and I just wanted someone in their corporate office to know that you need to recognize these two as awesome employees and that are very respectful to us older folks I really wish they would have let me buy them lunch it brought me to tears how fast they helped me and that he didn't charge me anything for getting it back up so quickly I appreciate the help and I appreciate my local Staples store
