They were efficient. I had my application completed ahead of time. They did not let me know ahead of time however that US Department of State only accepts money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks for payment. I would have taken a money order or personal check before my appointment time if they had let me know over the phone to do so.

Great experience! All of the staff was very helpful and polite. The process only took about 15 minutes. Highly recommend this office!

1. The regular passport book is $110 and they accept money order, cashier check, and personal check. There are also fees, depending on what you have done there (pictures are extra, there is a fee for them putting it together for you) and fees are ok to pay by debit card. If you're trying to get it done in one stop, take a driver's license, another form of identification, and your certified birth certificate. If you need it sooner than 6-8 weeks, it will cost a little more. (Call them). 2. There are 3-4 parking spots across from the office, toward the north, next to some bushes. It has a sign saying Reserved for Passport office. These parking spots are free.
ARE THERE ADDITIONAL FEES?
Yes, for additional $15 I believe. Pay separately.
He does not need a new passport/picture just because he changed his facial hair. I'm in the same boat as your spouse and am now traveling Europe and Israel without any hiccups.
Yes
General public, but there is a $60 added processing fee if you're not a student.
I don't believe so. I was there on July 22nd and it was appointment only. I scheduled it 3 weeks prior on their website. I actually was looking for appts anywhere in the valley and the ASU location was the one that had the earliest option. Good luck!
Yes you can and you need to make an appointment
No
$30 for 6 week turn-around

Generally no. Travel plans are not necessary unless you need to expedite the application process, at which point you must show proof for the emergency.
Depends if you have all your paperwork filled in correctly and if you pay for the expedited service. Do ask at the front desk, the staff are helpful and will set clear expectations. Best of luck.
You do not need to schedule an appointment. This location is pretty quiet compared to the other passport offices.

You do not have to be an ASU student to use the facility. Staff are very friendly and also double check to make sure your application is compete!
