STOP 🛑 by Lowe’s?! Always clean and well staffed. Got caught up “window shopping” for all sorts of things that I didn’t know I wanted. My attention span was cremated and scattered to the wind as blinky lights sun-kissed flowers danced before my wires. Destined to wander aimlessly and yet never felt lost! Oh…also, they didn’t have the specific post holder thingy that I needed. Out of stock. Still a friendly experience and other nearby stores did have the items needed.

Customer service is terrible!!! We have purched all of our appliances from lowes along with their extended warranty. Our washer and refrigerator went out within 3 days of eachother. Between the extended warranty company (whch lowes ownes) and the repair facility, we have been without both of them for 2 weeks. I called the store and told them he hastle I have been going through and all they say is sorry....we don't deal with it here, you need to call the warranty company. They had no problem taking my money for the warranty but now they want to wash their hands of everything. I usually get my stuff from Home depot but Lowe's had the items in stock so I gave them a try. NEVER AGAIN!!! I will wait the few extra days and get it from home depot, if I have ever had a issue they handled it without passing the buck. Terrible service from Lowe's. Welcome back Home depot!!!
