T-Mobile reached out to me, kind of them to do so. Explained what occurred and that had just ordered a Flip 4 the day they called. This time did the order with BestBuy for use on Verizon. Went much smoother and correct information given regarding plan options and buying on/off contract. *************** Went to the Corporate store and had J. the sales person assist me last Thursday. He offered a fantastic deal. Three lines on the Magenta plan for $90 so I ported a line over from Verizon and upgraded my current TM line to the Magenta plan. Was meaning to get here to give him a 5 star review. Last Sunday I dropped by to see about moving a different phone from V to TM and was told...sorry what J. told you was wrong. You don't get the 3rd line free on that plan. Went back today, Wednesday, to undo the deal. Told need to wait for J. to report to work to call into the Retail Support Line since they will want his 'code' numbers. Need to wait until later in the week for a Manager to be at the store for him to call about me getting refunded the Line Port in fee. So, need to wait until this Friday to watch for an email saying the Fold 4 line has been canceled. Thank goodness it did not ship yet. So here is the thing. J. I am told knows what their plans are and should not have made this mistake yet it occurred and I would not have known if I did not return to the store again and would only find out when my next bill arrived or I asked to add that 3rd free line. I know his supervisor was standing near J. and I when J. was saying to the World what a great deal this was. It is sad when a Corporate store cannot correctly explain their cell plans and which 'offers' (3rd line free) apply to what the sales person is selling you. I recommend ensuring any paperwork given to you reflects the deal the sales person says you are getting cause, at least in my case, it did not. No, I would not recommend this sales person to customers visiting this store.

Hands down no comparison best store in Largo, probably the state of Florida, maybe the country. No joke. Joe was the best representative we have ever encountered. The entire experience was wonderful. The efficiency and knowledge was beyond. Thank you so much for what you do. It’s worth it to drive to this location. 100% Would leave more stars if I could.

Waste of time switching to T-Mobile, paid over $300 for a phone and switch to their service and only have had it less than a week, paying $40 more per month and get little service. All my services drop multiple times per day, where I have no service whatsoever, but they won't do anything to fix it. Well time to switch to another company.
