My employer has this as their exclusive tester for employment screening. I made an appt before coming in and arrived on time and checked in at which point I was told there was no wait for me. After sitting for an hour and watching others walk in behind me that were seen I asked if they had an ETA of when I would be seen which they couldn’t answer. No one told me I needed my glasses or that there was also a doctors exam or that I would need my glasses which again delayed the entire process. The female at the front desk helping the receptionist proceeded to gossip including loud enough to hear that the other woman who walked in behind me was “always here for drug screens”. Just so we are clear that is protected patient information that your employee announced out loud. Aside from that that same female who had been sitting there the entire HOUR AND A HALF was the one to bring me back to do my urine screen. I rather urinate on myself again then come here.

The head "doctor" or the lady administering procedures, I found her to be odd. She was speaking in a way that was strange. The entire experience was really weird, I literally had to get up and walk out. Nothing personal, and nothing terrible happened.. I just found the environment to be extremely weird.
