I'm a Blue Chip member and I haven't had any problems. Thrifty will fix any problems u may have as long as u have ur rental agreement number. I rent from thrifty every month

Yes i djust rental thrifty too on labor day weekend very nice people no problems if you late returned car no late fees on thanksgiving rented again
