Who are the instructors? Do they get paid? Who are the owners? Who makes all the decisions?

Instructors can be Anyone. They get a small fee, If they have 3 or more people in the class. You don't have to be a member to teach, but classes have to be open to all. To my knowledge, there are members, not owners. There is a small, monthly fee for membership. Decisions are made by a Board.

Instructors are members of DMS. There are different committees which committee chairs elected to vote and make decisions.
