DO NOT GO HERE!! On 10/15/22 I was rudely treated by Dr. Shirin Tahimian. I was called “You people” twice by her when I had a concern from a tooth extraction with stitches and bone graft that was done on 10/11. Two days later, stitches came loose, bone graft falling out. Me being concerned, I called office, I have a hole in my gums!! After X-rays we’re taken, she came in and said….Exact words was “you people worry too much”. I asked what she means by that and she asked me to have a seat in the lobby she had too many people to see. I asked receptionist for complaint number. As I wait, don’t know why, I asked receptionist why am I waiting then a gentleman asked me into his office. He said “I understand your making a complaint against the doctor”? I said yes. Then he said since I was they couldn’t see me to finish what was needed to be finished. Not once did I respond in any negative way, why? What she didn’t know, I’m in the medical field as well and what she did was very unethical!! I have called complaint number given to me and 4 TIMES, LEFT MESSAGES NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK!! I had to find another dentist to fix what they messed up!! Paying double!! I will see this through!!

Terrible service!!! I don't recommend it at all. They did a very bad and expensive job, I had to go to another dentist where they had to remove my tooth because it had given me pulpitis, it was about to create an abscess. In addition, I made my cash payment and they stole it from each other and tried to charge me again. I invite you to check your cameras from 16Sep. so they can see who he gave the money to and see what happened to that! After a month they will claim something that did not happen. I had not wanted to make a bad comment because I feel that it is not worth it. They may not even see it. I want absolutely nothing to do with this dental clinic! Thank you for nothing 👎

I had an extraordinary experience at Brident Dental. Great staff and they did excellent work on.my teeth. Definitely glad I chose them.
