This is my second visit to the Carrollton ATT store. I had been helped by Claudia. She was highly professional and customer focused. She was able to assist me when I upgraded to the new IPAD Pro and now the new iphone 14. Again, Claudia’s attention to detail was excellent and she was very friendly and always helping me get a great deal. Again, Claudia is how all ATT stores should be operated. I will definitely go back to that store and her in the future.

Usually just grab a ticket when you walk in, then first come first served.
Yelp i had to wait outside of Verizon but luckily it wasn't nobody inside the store. The policy is about to get worse. They about to shutdown some places. Now with the phone companies on the first go around with this virus you wasn't able to go inside you would have to go online to order your accessories. Just be ready because it about to happen again.
