I love shopping here for BTS merch, but sometimes it can be a hit or miss. There is one young employee who is always rude and very aggressive especially when it comes to masks. Her first response is to scream at people to put it on as they walk in the door. She could try politely asking? I once came in and asked if they had any masks and she gave me an annoyed no. I walked out and went to pinkbox instead. Their staff is always very friendly and I always do my pre-orders there at pinkbox.

I have been going to this store a lot recently. Primarily because I believe their album prices are the most fairly priced in the surrounding area. The staff currently there, is nice most of the time they kinda keep to themselves and if you have a question they do answer you and don’t ever make you feel uncomfortable. I will note this is one of the businesses in the area that does still ask for you to wear a mask, I’ve become accustomed to this policy so I always carry one now before going into the store. I’ve never had an issue with anything. So based on the various visits I’ve had I’ve enjoyed coming here and HOPE it continues to be that way. They also do a lot of events as well as help even smaller businesses sell stuff in their store. 🫶🏻 For those reason I will currently give the rating of 5 stars, however if there is ever a change I will update.

I loved this store because of their variety of bts stuff. I live 2 1/2 hrs away, I can't just go any day or time I want to. I bought a chimmy yesterday, came with his bag squished in, I opened this morning and found out is ripped off. I called to see if can exchange but they are like"no all sales are final" which I get is fine I don't want to return my bt21 stuff but they are not willing to make up for their damage goods. Needless to say o won't be going there anymore. If you do check the stuff before you buy. They dint need my money but there other stores too.

This shop does have a good amount of selection but I want to share my experience with their customer service. I bought an Ateez Japanese album that I didn’t know at the time but it only came with a photocard if it was a first press. Though there was no indication on the album it was not a first press or it would not include a photocard like I’ve seen in other stores. After walking out of the store I unboxed it and realized there was no photocard so I went back inside not even a minute later when I was approached by a girl standing at the door. I proceed to tell her what happened and she said it was a manufacturing issue and they couldn’t exchange it because they’re a small business and would lose a sale. I asked if they could at least do a partial refund (I paid $25 for a small Japanese album to come with no photocard) but they weren’t willing to offer me anything. She said there was nothing they could do because it wasn’t their fault and I couldn’t prove it didn’t come with a photocard. Needless to say her condescending and accusing tone made the bad news worse. I stayed outside to watch my friends unbox their albums when the same girl came outside a few minutes later to tell me it says on the album cover it didn’t include a photocard. When I looked all it said was the name and the price of the album in Japanese yen. I only replied okay because I’m aware of when I’m being gaslighted and I was bummed enough as it is so I didn’t feel like trying to convince her to help me anymore. Anyway to wrap this up their customer service is very poor so please make sure to research the album you’re buying beforehand because they will not be willing to help you if your experience is similar to mine.
