I always come to this location and get amazing service the staff is always willing to help you get the perfect look! I came 5 mins before closing I felt horrible but needed products for a busy weekend! Emily & Bianca greeted me with a smile I needed help choosing a foundation and they pointed me to Amiris who is extremely knowledgeable she got me everything I needed. She listened to my concerns and knew exactly what products to get for me plus she stayed in my budget but I went a lil over because I trusted everything she mentioned! I love this Ulta keep doing what you’re doing!!!!

Unprofessional location. The cashier girl with all colored hair pink blue or whatever is always rude and never friendly at all she always looks like she doesn’t want to be there. Second I made an appointment months back with them and took a day off work to go get my hair cut the Manager at this location did it and I was like great took the day off work and was ready to go in I even received a text message for my appointment. I show up and I tell her my name is Jocelyn she kept saying jaquilyn and I repeated myself twice I was like what the heck. Then finally she said she didn’t see me in the schedule and I was so angry I took the day off even got a text confirmation the same lady manager set up my appointment and now you’re telling me you don’t see me on there, you scheduled it I got the text message confirming. So unprofessional and the hairstylist Julian was already working on another lady which must’ve been the case. Don’t recommend coming to this location they don’t know what they are doing.
