I had the smallest floorplan back about a year ago. Month-to-month rent was about $1130. Monthly pet fee was $25. Covered parking space was $40. Water was about $12, sewer about $25, trash about $8. All in all, $1240. Electricity and Internet would be separate, of course. If you sign a longer lease, of course, the number will be much lower. I think a year lease should save you $300 per month on that number, so final number on a 12-month lease, probably $940. Check their website for a list of floor plans and prices.
