Lately my packages from the Colerain Post Office, my packages have been sent to different homes, I don't understand why they don't read the address and deliver to the right house, mine was lost, it shouldn't happen this way, please help.

I am so disappointed by this post office. Within the past 5 years or so, service (mail carriers) has declined. Seems to be a high turnover, wrong mail being delivered, mail carrier arrives morning, noon or early evening. No consistency at all. And if there is certified mail, the carrier doesnt even ring the doorbell and attempt to deliver the mail or package. They already have the pink slip notification pre-written, and put it in the mailbox. This is so very inconsiderate. The list goes on.
