They have a coat room where you leave your coat. Then you go through a metal detector. Due to the nature of the exhibits there is higher security then I was initially expecting but it is understandable.

Not really but they have an area for you to leave your coat without someone guarding them. Your coats will be fine
We didn't use coat rack ,I believe they do
