Got over charged to remove debris from sunroof Charged me for a leakage from the front window but has no break from window so not sure how that is my fault. My front driver seat has been making a noise and they tried to charge me $175 but has been making that noise since I purchased the car. And on top of that, the manager said if it’s anything mechanically it should be covered but they still have to charge me.

Our Certified Pre-Owned Nissans go through an additional, rigorous inspection set by the manufacturer (Nissan) that has to meet or exceed certain criteria to be considered "certified". This comes with a 7-year/100K mile drivetrain warranty.

Hi there, thank you for your question in regards to COVID. We are recommending appointments, allowing us to have the opportunity to have a vehicle of choice cleaned & ready. We are also offering complimentary pick-up & delivery for our service customers. We deep-clean & sanitize our facility a minimum of once a day & have hand sanitizer/disinfecting wipes easily accessible throughout our facility. Last but not least, we are following the proper guidelines of wearing masks & maintaining social distancing. Thank you!

is engine coolant covered under warranty

Depends on the warranty. They have factory warranty and another dealer warranty. Both warranty covers different things. I think the factory warranty covers more than the dealer warranty.

Do you lease the Murano SL model? If so how much down and what is monthly payment?
