Dr. Milner has been treating my hydronephrosis symptoms in the last few months. I’ve found him professional, caring and assuring. I like how Dr. Milner approaches problems in a structured manner and narrows down causes step by step leveraging phased lab tests. To explain issues, he always draws pictures to make them easier to understand, and he is also very patient listening to my opinions and answering my questions, especially considering his busy schedule with many other patients waiting outside. For bigger treatments or medical decisions, he invites family members to join the discussion and work out plans together, and he also encourages me to seek a second opinion if there is doubt. Dr. Milner is also very proficient with operations. As an example, it only took him a few seconds to remove a ureteral stent from me, significantly reducing pain and discomfort. Overall, I am very happy with the treatment received from Dr. Milner and I highly recommend him.

Dr. John Milner is a good easy going doctor. Easy to talk to and he takes time to explain things if you ask questions. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

Waited over 2hrs for less than 2 minutes of his time. Then he wanted to do a THREE staged procedure for a small stone that wasn't causing any harm. +++AVOID this one++ Office staff was really great. I will never send any of my family/friends to this physician.

He is the most narcissistic, unempathetic doctor I’ve ever experienced! He comes off as a very charming man, initially but his personality changes once he’s done what I had to learn was LITHOTRIPSY procedures on my very painful kidney stones! He got angry and nasty when I had initially asked what that procedure was, claiming that HE was the doctor who had studied for years and I should put my notes down!! He never even followed up on me afterwards.
