If they have a zero I will say even one star is to much I went there with my daughter 3 years old her fever was 103.3 they said is normal imagine and they watched her outside of the door as if we have the world virus worse experience ever I DONOT RECCOMEND pay for 5 min sick and outside to check their patience even a child come on people what kind of people work there imagine if it’s your child!!!They accept Aetna better health for a child but for a grown up they don’t my husband had to pay last time I’m confused one thing says another and a different says someone else!’

I got a laceration on left index finger from bush cutting machine. I was able to get an appointment on the same day. My copay was $30. I received a tetanus injection and stitches. I have to come back after 10 days to get the stitches removed. I was taken care of by Alex Jones, who friendly and helpful. The lady at the reception was also very nice and friendly. There was a 30 minute wait but the total time including everything was 60 minutes. I recommend UltraMed Urgent Care

She may have asked the doctor about your situation or could have assessed the situation over the phone just by you telling her the problem. The receptionist is well aware of somethings that the office can do and what they do not do. If they can't help, that's when they refer you to your primary care doc.
