Saving you a trip. You will call and they will be too busy to answer, you will go there, see maybe one other person. They will tell you the same thing that they tell everyone, "Sorry, but we can't help you and don't do that here. Go on the website, call the OMV in Baker, or drive there. Next customer." While I was there this was the verbatim response the first time when I went there and they lied about us having not turned something in (later found paperwork showing this was a lie) and then again when I had to return because the website wasn't working and they never gave me contact information for baker. The same answer was given to other people while I was there (the windows aren't exactly soundproof). I eventually had to look up the information, because when I returned they said they didn't even know where the Office of Motor Vehicles in Baker was, just that it was "in town." The only saving grace was that the OMV in Baker is everything this office isn't. Efficient, kind, honest and above all a good public servant; which coming from a long line of public servants means the world to me. So, save the hassle, if possible just go to Baker.

SORRIEST EXCUSE FOR HUMAN BEINGS BREATHING AND WASTING OXYGEN. SORRY WE DONT ANSWER THE PHONE BECAUSE WE ARE LAZY. WE THINK THAT 1 PERSON IN OUR OFFICE MEANS WE ARE BUSY BUT IN ALL HONESTY WE ARE JUST WORTHLESS. WHY DO THESE PEOPLE RECEIVE SALARY FROM MY TAX DOLLARS. MAKE SOMEONE DRIVE 30 MILES TO HAVE A SIMPLE QUESTION ANSWERED. 1.) NEW EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE HIRED AT THIS LOCATION. 2.) CAMERAS NEED TO BE INSTALLED IN ORDER TO MONITOR STAFF AND THEIR "SO-CALLED" BUSY SELVES. 3 ) THE PHONES NEED TO BE ANSWERED BECAUSE THEYRE JUST AS IMPORTANT AS SOMEONE COMING INTO THE OFFICE. I asked them why don't they answer the phones and I was told by the male employee that they don't answer them when it's busy......THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE IN THE DMV EXCEPT MYSELF! GARBAGE
