Horrible experience, my son came in for an eye infection. She told us it was viral pink eye and if it got worse then to call or come back in. So we left with no antibiotic. 4 days goes by and it was worse. So I call and they tell me there is nothing they can do that I need to try urgent care. Such a waste of time and money. Not the 1st time this place couldn’t help us. We went to urgent care and they prescribed him antibiotic eye drops.

They are amazing! I was so so sick and they were determined to help me and figure out what was wrong. After test after test they couldn’t figure it out. They even had me come back after lunch and squeezed me into their busy schedule a second time to flush my ears to see if that was the problem. Bingo. Double ear infection! I am beyond grateful. They truly cared about trying to figure it out. Thank you!

So I have read the comments and most of it is not really understanding how the customer service industry or medicine works. It’s like the DMV, Appts during low traffic times are going to go. Take pain meds and otc meds on time. Read labels etc. I went at 8 am and got to have a wonderful convo with the NP about a course of treatment of otc meds to take for my viral infection and the difference between viral and bacterial infections. Plus a eat time of symptoms. A very pleasant experience.

It seems all they want to do is prescribe the most expensive option available. I have a stye in my eye for which there is apparently over the counter options but I was prescribed $250 ointment! Never again!

I just took my son in to see if he had the flu. She said he did according to the physical check, but that she could do a blood test if I wanted to know for certain.
