I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER. I read the reviews so I called to make my appointment (loads of issueswith online), despite calling the store number I've learned that it was transferred to a Firestone call center. I arrived 15 minutes early to be told by the person at the desk in the least apologetic way possible "I sent everyone emails to reschedule this morning, when would work for you?" Well, I've verified that I didn't get an email so... ?? What a waste of time and effort and to be ushered away in a hollow, unapologetic fashion is icing on their terrible customer service cake.

I just needed to replace a trailer tire real quick. I already had it off the trailer. The dude at the register was on it. I mean real good customer service. He basically ran out to my truck, yanked the tire out of the back, ran inside, made the swap, and ran it back to my truck before I could even hang up my phone call. I mean I was in and out in like 10 minutes. I was real impressed. Now I know to get an oil change or any real work done, You would need an appointment. They're always busy. But he has earned my business. I'll make an appointment and come back for an oil change and brakes in the near future. It was like he was proud/happy to be doing his job. Nobody acts like that anymore.

They do, but unlike other answers, appointments mean nothing. They will NOT honor an appointment and they will tell you that neither their phone nor online appointment systems actually work. I would suggest going somewhere else.
Brenda, best ting is to call them. You might even find a coupon on-line for a discount on the oil change.
