It's pretty telling when the only negative reviews come from disgruntled former employees who were trouble-makers and instigators (which is why they don't work there anymore). The new management staff (for the last 18 months or so) are so professional and caring. One couldn't expect a loved one to get this kind of attention except from family! Ways to improve are always being considered as well as the most comprehensive and compassionate methods to care for the residents AND the staff. Great job to all that are there!

I gave this place a 2 star because the managers allow abuse to keep happening when complaints were made and they allowed those workers stay there and even hired one back after she verbally mistreated a resident infront of others. So please keep an eye out for how the way your loved ones are reacting towards others but besides all of that... The residents are amazing and so glad to be able to have spent my time with them :)

Definitely gone down hill since became Revere Court (was Autumn Leaves). Staff is awesome and friendly, but Director does not know what she is doing, how to manage a facility or staff. Staff now sit in kitchen rather than with residents, rooms and floor are dirty, bugs on the floor, and the whole place smells bad. It used to be much better. We had to leave, but were sad to leave most of the staff as they were really wonderful and caring. We've been to other places in Rockwall that aren't much better, unfortunately.
