Very very horrible staff , before coming I called this facility, someone answered my call , I told them in about 20 minutes I will be there to do an test ,. But after coming here at about 8:30pm no one is answering phone and door. And door bell ringing but no one wants to answer door Kept calling phone and ringing bell for 20 minutes now there is no answer.

I was worried and afraid about having to transition my dad into assisted living. Brookdale made it so easy and inviting and it is such a loving environment. He is so happy and when he’s happy, I’m happy.!

I’ve spent the last 10 years working (as an outside entity) with the staff at this beautiful community and I can say, without a doubt, it has stayed consistently well-run by the leaders and staff all this time. I am always welcomed in and warmly treated by everyone. The setting is very relaxed and nicely decorated. Residents are friendly and often up and around. If it’s time to look into down-sizing and treating yourself to a bit of pampering, I’d recommend you check out this community!!
