I so rarely leave reviews, let alone negative ones. I also *very* rarely criticize healthcare workers and hospitals. I have been going through health issues for two years, extreme consistent nausea, have lost over 100 lbs as a result, and am in frequent severe pain. I made an appointment with Dr. Lee (a specialist) in April for August. During this appointment I explained that I am a teacher and would not be available at the time. A long time when your health is bad, but I understood. They said they would make it work with my schedule and/or put me on a cancellation list, but definitely get me in during that time frame. Over a week from my appointment (two days ago) I called because I hadn’t heard anything from them. Long story short, they lied a wouldn’t get me in until the end of the year. After hearing me SOB about how Ill I been on the phone, they simply suggested I find elsewhere or go to urgent care (despite having been to the ER 9x and hospitalized 3, including one surgery). It is ABUNDANTLY CLEAR that northshore DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. Not sure why they ordered an extremely expensive test a month ago if they didn’t actually care about seeing or helping me.

The front desk staff at this location is the worst I've seen in any Northshore facilities. The front desk lady named Regina is the worst among the worst. Besides, the average waiting time in this location is 45 minutes. Go elsewhere if you can.

I don’t really say a doctor’s visit was a “waste of time” lightly, but it truly was here. The doctor examined me for only a minute or two before giving me a laundry list of prescriptions, 90% of them things I had already used before and didn’t work. At the end of the day, I didn’t really buy any of them and found an over the counter treatment that seems to have helped me considerably instead. I gave two stars instead of one because the staff was at least pleasant and approachable.

My primary is ng. He has had a bad attitude from the git - go. It wasn't a problem until I really needed him because I got very sick. I thought I needed a prescription for something that I didn't.
