The entire staff is exceptional. Is my first visit with Dr Goldin but he is my mom's dermatologist. He is so wonderful. I have a complicated medical history and he was so great to listen to everything and explain things in detail to me. I left the office feeling proud that he is my doctor

I tried to get new appointment. I called 4 times. The person who attended the call during the first 3 times (same person) was so rude and she was not helping. She told me that someone will call me back as the priority of the referral they received. Waited 3 weeks and no call from Goldinskin dermatology. The last person was very professional and helpful. She verified and completed the necessary documents in no time snd gave me appointment right away. When I reached the office, the two front desk people was so busy in talking about their personal things, did not even acknowledge I was there for 1-2 minutes. I had the allergic skin issues for 3 months and I told the provider. Does not think she took it seriously and I do mot think I got the right prescription. She seems like very rushed.
