Driver never rang the doorbell for a signature required delivery. Now I have to wait until 7pm and drive 30 minutes each way, thanks.

Horrible experience that took the duration of three day. They delivered to the wrong address the first day, so we left a note for them. On the second day, they went to a different door again and didn’t see the note we left. Finally when we tried to pick up the package that said it will be here by 6:30. We drive 40 minutes to a facility just to be greeted by a rude person, and then having to wait 2 and half more hours for the driver to arrive. This is after being told we may not be able to get the package again, and would have to wait for tomorrow. The fed ex system needs to be updated especially for signature required shipments. There’s no way to contact the driver, or any notifications that it’s near by. Just a package is out for deliver and then waiting for either. 7 hours or 4 hours. It’ll just randomly come by. Our apartment is a coach house, in the third floor. The only way we can hear this driver is if he throws a pebble at our window . (Or calls us.) [They can’t do this] Fed ex is the worse shipment company to ever exist. Fast be unreliable . Amazon, ups, usps, are all more reliable.

FedEx is probably the worst shipping service I've dealt with. I've ordered several shoes from a certain online store and they insist on using FedEx and deliveries are late by a few days every single time. I also was supposed to receive a laptop from my new employer. FedEx arrived with it, called me from the intercom of my building and, after I buzzed them in, left within a minute. I know because it took me a minute to make my way to the front door. I then had to go to this middle-of-nowhere location to pick up my laptop. The only decent experience was the quick retrieval of my package at this location. Great service there. But overall, FedEx sucks.
