I have used this company for years, bought several machines including high dollar embroidery machine, serviced my machines etc. But I went there recently and was completely disappointed in the way I was treated, by their service tech. He was rude, dismissive and not helpful. I wasn't there to have machine serviced but help understanding a brother machines and I called ahead of time to make sure it was ok to come by.. Which they are a authorized dealer for. I will not be recommending nor using this company for any of my 6 machines or to purchase supplies. Sad because I really enjoyed supporting a local small business. I am a small business myself and I would never make my clients feel this way nor treat them badly.
