Do you send the sewing machines out for servicing? How long does it usually take?

I believe the machines are serviced there, call to be sure

We service machines in house and normally takes three to five business days unless machine needs parts that we do not carry in stock.

It depends on what the problem is. They check it out first then call you on the problem and cost of repair. If general tune up then i believe you get back sooner.
