Thanks for asking. We do not have any gluten free products because we have flour flying all over the place in the production area. If you cannot tolerate even the tiniest amount of flour/gluten, then you should not buy any of our products. But, if you are choosing to avoid gluten, we do make a few products without any flour - our mini cheesecakes topped with strawberries come to mind. We have a chocolate mousse pastry for Christmas that also has no flour in it. Our whipped cream pies have a pie crust, but if you don't eat the crust, the rest of the pie has no flour.
