Best property Management company and team in North America. I love working for this company.

I've had great experience with FirstService Residential managing our ~100-unit condo building in Chicago. Our Property Manager (Colleen Negron) does a fantastic job managing not only the day-to-day operations, but large capital projects as well.

Colleen Negron at FirstService Residential is the best! She is quick to help, respond to emails or calls and always pleasant!

Questions & Answers

On more then one occasion I have called Lieberman Management with a question and both the ladies I spoke to promised to call me back. Neither one did. How do you get such high review ratings?

They have always been very good with me.

Why is it so hard to resolve an issue with our Liberty Grove pool fobs?

Joan Anderson | Oct 26, 2018
FirstService Residential Illinois | Oct 26, 2018

We would certainly prefer that resolution didn't take so long, but the delay was on your end. Your resolution took so long because for over a month you didn't send in the pool waiver and the broken fob as requested, and because you were behind in your payments.

Is it Lieberman Management general policy covering all their properties to tow resident cars that are parked in visitor parking?

No. It depends on the Association that hires them. LMS can only enforce things established in your Association's Declarations, By-laws, and Rules & Regulations. If any of those Association documents or policies say violating cars can be towed, then LMS can and should do so. But otherwise, they can't.

do the residencehave any rights to their hpmes at all or is it their way only
