Beautiful park. The city should have provided grills at picnic tables for public to use. Lawn is well kept and plenty of parking.

This is my absolute favorite place to do my long marathon training runs. Come out here any Saturday morning at 6:30 and you'll see hundreds of runners. Very motivating

Yes. Some parking areas are closed, about half of them are open. You can walk anywhere in the park, but they don't plow the trails or salt them... So bring appropriate footwear if it snows or has recently.
