We travel very frequently and stay in hotels often. We understand what type of hotel you're getting for a certain price point. This is by far one of the worst hotels we've stayed in. The room had such an awful smell. The air conditioning barely worked. The drywall was falling off the wall in chunks. The comforter was stained. The back of the remote was held together by a BANDAID. Dirty hand prints all over the walls. There were extension cords running across the sink in the "full kitchen". The full kitchen consisted of a mini fridge, microwave, and a sink. The ceiling tiles were all water stained and some had mold. And then at breakfast there was no water. When I asked if there is water she said "water? No." And after I walked away confused she offered me a bottle of water. Overall, this was a terrible hotel and I do not recommend

This hotel has bugs. When we arrived it was late and we were tired and desperate for some sleep. When we woke up the next morning my 4 year old had bedbug bites all over her right arm. We had not stayed at any other hotels so I know for a fact that these bug bites came from this dump. And not only that, the place stinks and feels strangely moist. Never again will we stay at this dump and for over 200 dollars for 7 hours worth of non sleep, it’s ridiculous.

The people working in this hotel were just fine. No problems there. But, the room was terrible. Run down, damages throughout, and not very clean. I paid good money for the jacuzzi tub room and was disappointed. The tub was pretty dirty too. I had to clean it before using it myself. There was even a crack in the tub. I'm surprised it didn't leak on the floor.

Positive: Best breakfast since COvid hit (scrambles eggs, sausage and waffles), except for no cereal, sweet rolls bread or milk. Negative: Glad the room was clean, but the smell of disinfectant was too strong for my wife, and the TV was difficult to use ... all roku with no local stations and inefficient remote scrolling 1 line at a time.
