Hotel and location was excellent. The ice maker was down on my floor I had to go to another floor to get ice. The shower drained very slowly, so having on shower shoes didn't make a difference. The staff and bartender was very friendly and polite!! My balcony view was excellent. View of the aquarium and riverfront was on the 621 ,622 side room numbers example. Will definitely stay wit again. Walking distance to everything.

Rooms are dated. We have 2 rooms. 1 room the tub will not drain and in the other roo. The toilet handle is about to fall off. Pool is closed for maintenance. They say they have a "Bistro" but its really just a Starbucks. One lady behind the counter and a mile long in the morning to get coffee. With so many hotels offering breakfast and other amenities we will probably not return. Best part about the hotel is that it is right across from the aquarium.

Location was fantastic but that was it. I’m disappointed this was a courtyard by Marriott because I had higher expectations of cleanliness. Hair all over bathroom shower, water collected in the tub while showering, toilet was leaking rusty water on floor, hair dryer had hair stuck in it and filthy, and there was no caulk in front of tub so you saw all the nastiness gathered in crack. Called front desk and they sent cleaner up but she didn’t clean it. I have no clue what she did. Told front desk person on our way out and she certainly didn’t seem to care. Not to mention there was no sign of Covid cleaning protocols. I don’t recommend staying here. If I’m paying $200plus a night I expect a clean room. I will never stay at this location again.

This hotel is in a fantastic location within walking distance of the aquarium and many other things right in the heart of downtown. Room was nice and clean. I got the one with a nice whirlpool tub. Parking was fair at $18 a night Self park. Parking is attached to the hotel so very convenient. I do not like that Marriott has removed all the vending machines and started selling snacks at the front desk. If I'm on a high floor I don't want to go downstairs plus the prices are exorbitant. $3.50 for a chocolate bar? Come on, you're better than Marriott. Whoever had that idea should be moved to a new position.

Horrible, pull up and keep circling the block until one of only 5 or so cars to check in and unload. Once you do that no car porter so you drive around the block 3 rights till you see a small sign. Find a spot. Hunt for a elevator. Guess what floor (no markings). Leaves you in corridor. Guess which way to start walking. Streets are very dark at night and Google walk is wrong. Dress for weather. 32 degrees and windy for us. Yep we went wrong way 5 blocks later we found someone who know how to get back. No cabs in sight.
No/ just in lobby & only 1
Also helpful tip Do NOT keep your room key near your phone or it will deactivate
Bistro in house, after it closes they offer room service. Pleanty of near by restaurants as well.
