The service at this hotel is awful. If you're military and traveling through DTS please pick another hotel. The managers are never at the desk, they'd rather be in the back room watching TV then you know actually working and this is around check in time not some weird off hours. When I first got there I got in a little early because the travel from FT. Benning was not that far, I asked to see if there was a way to check in early and all I got was attitude from the manager and whining about how the staff isn't paid enough to check people in early. Then when I left around 0400 the night manager was clearly asleep and the back room and once again got a ton of attitude because I needed a receipt for dts. Also the rooms are falling apart and the elevator shakes constantly. Just avoid this place.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. This location will definitely be a go to when we can get back up here. Last but not least Alicia the front desk clerk went above and beyond to see that we were taken care of and had everything we needed. She made the stay even more enjoyable

Slow receptionist. Old, dingy rooms. Colleague had roaches in his room. No TVs worked. Outdated. Chair in my room had graffiti written on it. Very disappointed for the money. Since I travel to this area for work in my new role, I know to avoid this one.

The staff was very friendly. It took us 3 rooms to find one that seemed acceptable. The first had holes in the sheets and a scary bathtub. The 2nd room was missing it's fridge and had no toilet paper holder. The room we ended up in had red stains on the carpet and mold in the bathroom. Definitely not up to the standards of the reviews I had read and definitely not worth the price we paid!
