I've been with VFCU since 2009. They've helped me with 2 loans and have resolved all my disputes with card theft or account hacking. Today Darlene Acero helped me with another dispute which I believed to be already in the works. It wasn't. I gave Darlene attitude and she still put up with me. And helped with the problem. Thank you ma'am, and thank you VFCU.

I've been banking with the credit union since 2007, I've never felt compelled to write a review until today. I've always thought the credit union has been very helpful and I've never had a problem with the them. I got my first credit card from them and also my car loan no problem. But today stands out the most. (9/23) I stopped by a restaurant to pick up breakfast and they charged me $918.03 I caught it right before I signed they tried to cancel but it still went through. I called and spoke to someone Named Darlene. She deserves a raise. She handled my problem fast and gave me some good advice to try to get a free breakfast lol!! Definitely a bank I will continue to bank with!

Vons Credit Union has, by far, some of the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever dealt with. I work in a customer service environment and can’t believe how some of these folks handle themselves on the phones. I’ve had my card information jeopardized several times with them, but have had zero issues with other credit unions. If that’s a concern of yours- it’s probably a good idea to stay away from this credit union. The real kicker- they’ll probably try to charge you for a lost card. Every person I’ve spoken with over the phone is extremely condescending and unhappy about having to do their job. I would not recommend this credit union to any of my friends or family. They’re a prime example of why people go with big banks.

They're okay. I missed a loan payment because I was out of work, and they harassed my sister and I until I threatened the person doing it, since then it's okay. They really need an operator after hours and/or on the weekend. Friday, I went to Best Buy to purchase a Surface 3 with accessories, which totalled $596 and change, that was declined by the credit union. About 30 minutes later I get an automated call confirming it was not fraud, and that I was in posession of the card. Experiencing that was quite frustrating, and I told the seller I would be back tomorrow(Saturday), but I am worried the same thing will happen again.*groan*

Call customer service
What is Interbanking?
3 business days... Your best bet is to take it in. Or use app
How do I check my account?
Do you usually deposit that kinda check often? If not it will take about 3-4 day to release. Call in on Monday to see if they can release before. We are open from 7-7.
I haven't used the banks ATM in over a year but when I did. I had to use an envelope to deposit money. They do give it to you but have a pen/pencil ready.
I would contact your Vons Credit Union Bank. Good luck.
No, i dont think so
Just walk in and they can set you up. I can easily transfer money through my laptop or cell phone. I can also transfer money into some one else account.
