Love this store. Great selection and prices. Now, I didn't like the self check outs at all! Before I could even scan 10 items, the employee had had to come over and fix the machine 3 times! I said one more mistake, by the machine, and I will just walk out the door and leave all this stuff here for yall to put back away. It didn't, thank goodness! So, first, they need to have more people checking customer's out, then we won't have to wait in line for machines that screw up 30 percent of the time. Secondly, and lastly,update the software or hire IT techs to look at the system and see if they can fix it. It kept saying that after I scanned my item that I needed to place my item in the bag, even tho I did and then I would have to get item out of bag, rescan, and then place it in bag and bang the item on the table below the bags before it wouldn't register that I placed item in the bag. And that's only way I can do that if I remembered every time. The rest of the time, the employee had to come, look at me and my items in my bag and then items scanned to make sure they were the same and then fix the computer. By the machine messed up the 2nd time, she was eyeing me up and down like I was running some tyye of scam or just try and wait bait, or even that I was just stealing. That made me angry, so i was like, look lady, if I was going to steal, I sure as heck wouldn't be causing a scen. Come on. And then while I was bagging my groceries, the door greeter or whomever stood at the doorway, eye-googling my butt as I bent over. Like, totally staring at my butt, then had the audacity to just reach his hand out when I started to walk out the exit doors and not say anything, prbly bc I had bottled water under my cart. I said a few choice words and told him no, u have no right to accuse me of not paying for something bc u eyed me the entire time I was at the registers, so u know I paid it all!!! Anyway, rant over. Thanks !

This store is never ever ready when it opens ????? Why???? The prices are higher than the competitors and products are now t available??? I. Only go there for soda !!!! Used to to be nice!!!! Shame on you!!!!

I am disabled but can can slowly climb a few steps. Unfortunately crutches makes it impossible to carry things. So not only do they have to go upstairs but they have to deal with a security system and they do it without complaint.

I think 2 stars is a little generous, but I'm a reasonable person, but it's difficult! I thought grocery pick up would be a lifesaver, but it has become more of an aggravation than anything. From having items missing almost every time, to the substitutions that don't make sense, such as substituting Ensure for Atkins??? 1/2 caf coffee for Black Silk dark??? One time I drove all the way home with someone else's order and then had to drive all the way back to the store to get MY ORDER. I watched in horror them take the order out of my trunk and then put it in the correct customers car during a pandemic, cringe. The last straw was I purchased 12 items; 10 produce items and 2 cool whips. I get home to find 3 items missing, 3/4 of an order, 75% of an order. That is C service! I am going to try my luck elsewhere! With all the extra driving, time wasted and agitation, I've only recived a $10 gift card ONCE. So with that, I'll be trying other S&S in the area!
