This is the worst place I have ever stayed. You can smell the mildew when you first walk in. Imagine a mop left in mop water for several day smell. The air conditioner leaks and by the next day half the room floor was soaked with water. It also had roaches. We were told 98 bucks he charged us 145.. that is for a one bed room and no deposit. I asked 3 other people and they also stated there room smelt of horrible mildew. It doesn't even deserve one star in my opinion.

We stayed for a couple nights. Never experienced any problems, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hallway did smell like smoke, but the room was clean, and there's PLENTY of room for relaxing. Microwave worked, fridge was cold, good sized TV, plenty of lighting too. We'll definitely stay again on our next trip to Chattanooga.

Great location and the staff was friendly especially the manager Prit. The room was clean but it could use a little upgrade. The flower wall paper boarder at the ceiling can come down and upgrade the bedding. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I booked a 4 night 3 day stay here for our chattanooga trip. It has been a fairly decent place. They do replace the towels and make the bed every day which has become alot less common since covid. Hector was working the desk when we checked in and he made the proces smooth and made good small talk while we checked in. It is SUPER close to so many places to eat and convenience stores!! It does have some odd smells in the hall ways and there is what we can only assume is some type of mold?? Near the AC. The hair dryer had some one else's hair all over it as well as the floor and the bed and the bags for laundry. Our pillow cases were stained and the roll out chair and bench under the rack to hang clothes was still dirty and stayed that way our entire trip. There are screws and tape on the while that are painted over and some indentions worth mentioning. The microwave was dirty inside so we didn't use it. Also, the fridge and microwave are a little outdated. The fridge makes a horrendous noise If you open and close it and don't put pressure on the door for a few seconds and the AC struggles to keep the room cool so it will run constantly. The TV remote will not control the volume. And the window looks put over a storage building lot. Other than that the price is affordable and we haven't had to ask for a thing! It's all been provided! The coffee maker cannot be plugged in because they have added a power bar and still don't have enough plugs. Also there is only one plug to charge phones on one side of the bed .
