Positive: Great staff. Good rooms. Clean sheets, surfaces and bathroom. Good location with many food options. Negative: It was a bit noisy on the first floor and could hear every little noise from the room. We could see light around the door frame and under the door - probably part of the issue. Recommend a higher floor. Room was surface clean but could use a deep clean.

Positive: very clean, nice breakfast, great in room coffee. excellent staff. I like the shower shampoo/body wash bottles [big bottles, not the little ones many hotels have]. I would definitely stay here again. well constructed building. Negative: for some reason the tv in our room didn't work [didn't have a remote for the actual tv, or something]. but we got in so late at night, I really didn't bother to remedy the situation, as we didn't need the TV by then.

I was very pleased with this hotel, beds are very comfortable and the room was very clean, not to mention the nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash every room has, it has essential oils and so yummy!!! The breakfast has a good variety. The right choice to stay while In Chattanooga, TN. The view from the hotel was very impressive and amazing.

We had a great stay here! We just walked in after needing to cancel at the adjacent Microtel because it was filthy, so the clean & modern atmosphere and friendly staff at the Fairfield was very welcome. They were able to get us in and we had a great room! We loved using the fitness center (which you get to use privately) and the excellent hot free breakfast! Thanks Fairfield!
